Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free includes every feature on one Instagram account with one seat and 1,000 automated DMs per month. No credit card is required.
What counts as an automated DM?
Any message Growzy sends for you, such as an opening message, a link reply, a lead question or a follow-up nudge. Public comment replies and messages you send yourself from the inbox are not automated DMs.
What happens if I hit 1,000 DMs on the Free plan?
Automated sending pauses until the next calendar month, while your inbox keeps working. Upgrade to Pro or Business at any time for unlimited automated DMs.
Are the features different between plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in the number of Instagram accounts, team seats and monthly automated DMs.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoices and sales tax.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from billing settings. When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
