Does comment-to-DM work on reels as well as posts?
Yes. Growzy watches comments on feed posts and reels on any connected Instagram Business or Creator account.
Will my account get flagged for automation?
Growzy uses Instagram's official API from Meta, the same way approved business tools connect. You never share your password, and replies stay within Instagram's messaging rules. As with any account, avoid spammy messages and only send what people asked for.
Can I reply to every comment, not just keywords?
Yes. Set the automation to match any comment, or limit it to specific keywords. You can also target all posts or only selected ones.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only allows messaging automation for professional accounts. Switching from a personal account is free in the Instagram app.
Can I test before going live?
