How long can I wait before sending it?
Choose a delay from a few minutes up to 20 hours. Instagram only allows business messages within 24 hours of the person's last message, so longer delays are not offered.
Can I send more than one follow-up?
Each automation sends one follow-up. This keeps your messages welcome and within Instagram's guidelines.
