Where do captured emails and phone numbers go?
They are saved to Contacts in your Growzy workspace, linked to the Instagram user. You can export them as a CSV file at any time.
How does the follow gate work?
When enabled, Growzy checks whether the person follows you. If not, it asks them to follow and tap a button, then sends the link once they do.
Can I use email capture and the follow gate together?
Yes. You can combine an opening message, a follow gate and an email or phone question in one automation.
Do I need consent to email these leads?
You should tell people what they are signing up for in your question, and follow the email and SMS rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA in the US.
